Course outline:
 

Students attending this course should be able to work with Access at an intermediate level, and understand Access terminology.

Students will learn how to analyse data by creating complex queries, make forms and reports more efficient, speed repetitive tasks by creating macros, and become familiar with Internet-related Access tools.

Prerequisites:
Access 2000 Introduction and Access 2000 Intermediate, or equivalent knowledge.

Unit 2 : Query joins and crosstab query techniques
  • Joining tables and working with join properties
  • Crosstab queries
  • Editing limitations in query datasheets

Unit 3 : Using advanced form techniques
