Terms and Conditions of sale

Payment Policy:
Payment must be received prior to course attendance. Accepted methods of payment are major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), company cheque, BACS and/or an approved Purchase Order.
Bookings are not confirmed until receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy:
14 business days prior to course date will receive a full refund. Cancellation within 14 days of course date will either forfeit a refund or be placed in a later course (management discretion). A 20% surcharge may be applied to rescheduling requests within 7 days of course.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued if the delegate leaves the course by midday on the first day of course. A refund request must be submitted in writing explaining why the delegate was unhappy with the course.
Multimedia Centre reserves the right to change or to cancel courses. The formation of any course is dependant on adequate student enrollment to run the course. If for any reason your course is cancelled or rescheduled, you may request a full refund.

Multimedia Centre cannot be held financially responsible for any expenses occurred by the student if a course is cancelled or rescheduled. Please do not make travel arrangements before confirmation of booking is received.

Rescheduling Policy: A delegate may reschedule a course without any penalty provided they notify Multimedia Centre in writing 14 business days prior to the course date. Rescheduling requests received within 14 business days of the course will not receive a refund.

At Multimedia Centre we respect your right to privacy and we understand that you may not want your information shared.
